Welcome back to our Block of the Week challenge! This week is a Double Whammy with two blocks instead of one. We are at blocks eleven and twelve already, but there is still plenty of time to join in on the fun if you haven’t yet.
This weeks blocks will use:
(12) Red/Neutral Half Square Triangle Units
(20) Blue/Neutral Half Square Triangle Units
If you pieced all of your units at the beginning of the challenge, you are ready to make the block! For instructions to piece the Half Square Triangle Units, click HERE.
Once you have your units ready to go, lets put some blocks together!
Block Eleven!
Block Twelve!
Arrange the units as shown above. Sew the units into rows. Press the top row to the right, then the second row to the left. Alternating which direction you press the rows will help the seams nest.
Once you have pressed the rows in alternating directions, sew them together into the block.
Press the blocks open.
Here are my completed blocks!
I wish I had gotten a more centered picture of block twelve, but it is what it is. Lets see your finished blocks! Share them on facebook @The Quilt Police or on Instagram using #tqpchallenge

Thanks for the double whammy! I am ready to do more than one per week.
